EROX AND X-Tri ANNOUNCE 2008 TIE UP
There’ll be a new name joining all new race logos on the finish arches at the leading Australian based Rydges Capricorn Half Ironman and Canberra City Half Ironman events in 2008 and it’s the Australian arm of the Swiss swim, bike and run specialist, Erox.
The Swiss manufacturer, who can boast, amongst other accomplishments, being able to manufacturer a triathlon bike with ALL their own components, tyres included, will be large in the life of the two events in 2008 as their support of the events runs to the naming rights of the Erox Bike leg in of each event, and backing of the Erox Bike Prime in each event also.
Of interest to all the age group entries, is that one lucky competitor at each race will be going home with some of the best products from Erox.
At the August Rydges Capricorn Half Ironman, the Erox Lucky Draw is a pair of Erox Ultra800 wheels valued at $1990.00, and going to just one lucky competitor, whilst in December at the Canberra City Half Ironman, the lucky draw is a Erox Quarra Extra speed Carbon Time Trial Bike Frame worth $2990.00!
An added attraction is that members of the Erox elite athletes squad are likely starters at each event also; showing the expertise of the Swiss specialist manufacturer at the front end of the field.
